last tele tour?
10 am start with Pie. made it to 8200' before calling it in concern of white out on the glacier (I hate that on skis).
Skinning was great- skiing was not. slide danger significant and snow too grippy- waaa.
Good day out with a friend. He says Easton Gl. is better but then he was split boarding and the icy tree well dodging was less than fun for him.

Squak/Easton Glacier
Set up high camp below Sherman Peak on the Squak glacier. Woke up at midnight and started up the Squak, but had route finding problems with all the crevasses so we traversed over to the Easton and made the summit with spectacular views. On the descent, clouds rolled in making it hard to see where to go. Thank goodness for wands! Fun climb.
